Yoga
- Aqua Yoga
- Non-Impact Yoga class done in the pool. Uses a pool noodle and the sides of the pool for support. No prior experience needed. Suitable for ALL LEVELS.
- Gentle Yoga
- SLOW and EASY yoga. No pretzels here! May use props (blocks, straps, bolster, wall, chair, etc.) No experience needed. Suitable for ALL LEVELS.
- Chair Yoga
- Gentle form of yoga done mostly seated in a chair or using the chair while standing to assist with balance and support. May use additional props (blocks, straps, blanket, bolster, etc.) No experience needed. Suitable for ALL LEVELS.
- Hatha Yoga
- Alignment focused instruction that joins together the body, breath, and mind in the present moment through mindful awareness and inquiry. May use props (blocks, straps, blanket bolster, wall, chair, etc.) No experience needed. Suitable for ALL LEVELS.
- Pre-Natal Yoga
- Breath work, mindfulness, and asana sequences designed specifically with the expectant mother in mind through each stage of pregnancy, including pre-conception through post-partum. No prior yoga experience needed. Suitable for ALL LEVELS.
- Restorative Yoga
- Gentle and relaxing, this is a restful practice from start to finish. Expect LONG hold times (up to 20 minutes) in poses to allow for total release of tension in the body and mind. Uses LOTS of props (blocks, bolster, strap, blankets, chair, wall, eye pillow, etc.) No prior yoga experience needed. Suitable for ALL LEVELS.
- Vinyasa (Flow) Yoga
- Power Yoga
- Expect to sweat! A mixture of slow movements and longer holds combined with faster movements and quicker transitions to build strength and stamina. May include use of hand weights (light to heavy), blocks, strap, etc. No prior yoga experience needed. Suitable for INTERMEDIATE - ADVANCED LEVELS.
- SLOW FLOW Yoga
- Expect to sweat! A slower pace of continuous movement linked to the breath. No long holds, but poses will flow from one to the next in a slow and meditative sequence. No prior yoga experience needed. Suitable for ALL LEVELS.

- Power Yoga
- Yin Yoga
- Slow movements with a focus on breath work and mindfulness with longer hold times: up to 7 minutes per pose! This results in greater flexibility and a sensation of spaciousness in the body. Addresses the connective tissue of the body: tendons, ligaments, joints, and fascia. No prior yoga experience needed. Suitable for ALL LEVELS.
- Slow movements with a focus on breath work and mindfulness with longer hold times: up to 7 minutes per pose! This results in greater flexibility and a sensation of spaciousness in the body.
